If there’s one thing I always come back to in my kitchen, it’s a good raw ball. Simple, nourishing, endlessly adaptable, and deeply satisfying in that way that only real food can be.

These Chocolate Bliss Bites are what I reach for when the afternoon slump hits and I want something that actually does something for me. Not a sugar spike. Not a crash. Just steady energy, mental clarity, and the kind of chocolate decadence that feels like a treat! 

The base of these is dates and walnuts, two of nature’s most powerful little packages. Layer in creamy tahini, antioxidant-rich cacao, a kiss of coconut, and a pinch of Himalayan salt, and you’ve got a bite that supports your body and your taste buds.

No baking. No fuss. Just blend, roll, and chill. That’s it.

CHOCOLATE BLISS BITES

Equipment: Food Processor 

Ingredients 

1 cup walnuts

1 cup Medjool dates

¼ cup shredded coconut

¼ cup tahini

¼ cup cacao powder

½ tsp Himalayan salt

Instructions: Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Roll into 1-inch balls. Chill or freeze.
