Hey there! I’m Jules – a Certified Holistic Health Coach and Co-founder of the Conscious Cleanse. 

For almost two decades, I’ve been passionately advocating the incredible health benefits of a whole foods, plant-based diet. But here’s the thing I’ve learned along the way – the secret to achieving long-term sustainable success for weight management and healthy habits lies in embracing the gray areas. 

We live in a diet-obsessed, black or white culture, with countless “experts” promising quick fixes and rapid results. It can be confusing and downright frustrating!  I know this because I’ve been to the edges of all the extreme diets  – from going all raw to vegan, to fruit feasting and juice cleansing. You name it, I’ve tried it. 

After years of trial and error, I ultimately discovered that these extreme approaches weren’t sustainable or even all that healthy for me! That’s why I’m so passionate about sharing the power of a balanced, whole-foods, plant-based lifestyle with you.
